DO NOT RENT HERE

Pros

Nicely renovated, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit, nice sized balcony, rent stabilized

Cons

Stay very far away from this building and any building freestone manages. They are the worst management. They don’t respond and will not fix anything in your apt. Going on 4 months of my AC/heat being broken.

Building management doesn’t know what they’re doing

Pros

The people who originally owned the building and rented to tenants were great.

Cons

The new owners are terrible. I don’t think they manage buildings well. No customer service. Will take months to get anything fixed.

Advice to the owners

Hire different people to take care of your tenants tickets. The ones you have don’t give a shit about their jobs and also, suck at it. They make tons of mistakes and their responsiveness sucks.
