Pros

Neighbors. That is really the only redeeming feature.

Cons

If you like being warm in the winter, I'd suggest not living here. But if you're a penguin, it's perfect! Heat stopped working in the dead of winter. Had to wait around for technicians on and off for a month. On a more serious note, they almost killed my dog because of improper installation of the rat traps outside the sister building next door.
