Beautiful apartments, quiet area (besides some college age kids who throw ragers once in a while in the backyard facing the building), safe, electronic rent, pet friendly, free exterminator once a month. Worth noting the people who own this building also own number 80, 90, 92, and 96 Meserole as well as this building
The apartments themselves are maintained at a medium level - the supers are kind of “meh” about getting things fixed/done..
