Nice building, bad landlord
Pros
No bugs, rooms are nice, close to the park, everything in the apartment works fine
Cons
You’ll be living above a landlord who will constantly yell at you for being too loud when you are just walking, including coming up to the door and knocking on a regular basis. Rude, hostile environment and lots of gaslighting. Floors and walls are paper thin so you can also hear everything upstairs is doing while the landlord downstairs blames you for being the root of all noise. Extremely frustrating overall experience
