Avoid at all costs

Pros:
Noise was fine, could not hear anything
Cons:
Roach problem, awful water pressure, owners do not respond. We lost gas for over 2 months and their response was to send us a little electric portable stove that didn’t work - which they said we owed them for. There’s a ton of water damage hidden under the sink.
Advice to owner:
You really shouldn’t be property owners. All of your properties are awful and your tenants have all complained. Please learn how to be a human being.
