not bad for what you pay for
Pros
washer and dryer in unit. huge bathroom
Cons
constantly people on the steps outside blocking the entrance. no elevator in building , noise complaints

Good in unit amenities, building/street can be sketchy

In unit w/d, central AC, balcony, huge bathtub
Cons
Loud as hell during the summer, people from other buildings will come park their cars outside and blast music all night. Building is not very clean, getting packages can be a crapshoot
