- Newer building -spacious -laundry in building
Cons:
- Rent raises - sometimes broken things take an extremely long time to fix

Good apartment, bad rent increases

—Owner responsiveness —Great location
Cons:
—Huge rent increases at lease renewals —Combo heat & a/c wall unit doesn’t sufficiently cool the apartment. Windows swing open so can’t install additional or more effective a/c units. —Laundry machines (specifically the dryers) not properly cleaned/maintained so often have to run same load multiple times
