Cons

—Huge rent increases at lease renewals —Combo heat & a/c wall unit doesn’t sufficiently cool the apartment. Windows swing open so can’t install additional or more effective a/c units. —Laundry machines (specifically the dryers) not properly cleaned/maintained so often have to run same load multiple times

I can't say for my particular unit but there is a ton of construction happening on multiple floors where the pipes broke and flooded apartments. I assume there was extensive water damage that might include mold. The construction has been going on for several months now.
