New building. Loved the shower and bathroom. Gym very well equipped. Laundry was good. Beautiful view of my skyline sunset.
Neighboring building would access apt rooftop and trash it. They were not friendly and felt unsafe. Building did not take care of amenities or trespassing neighbors.
