Neighbors are really kind, building management tries to keep everything in order as quickly as possible, wonderful location

Cons

Leaks have been an issue but they're hopefully getting addressed with new facade work

Owner responsiveness is great.

Cons

Building management never responds to issues or complaints in a timely manner. Any contractor work is a nightmare as management simply gets the cheapest option and never follows up or inspects work.
