great building to live in. Moved in 5 years ago with no real issues

Pros

Great location. Neighbors are pleasant everyone gets along. Heating is by unit not common, and no problems. Landlord very responsive.

Cons

Few cons to think of. The building has some cosmetic issues but very minor. Wall ACs units can be noisy
