Hard wood floors in living room only.
Cons
Stairs, pay for your own heat, no parking spot except on streets where people fight you for space. Neighbors not friendly, unkind , petty, and ungrateful. Carpet everywhere hard to clean and unable to be replaced 6 years with dirty carpet. Too many stairs especially with groceries or your laundry, no dish washer inside nothing that requires that kind of rent. Landlord doesn’t have many resources to help her with issues in apartment and she is not very understanding at all, very ridged person.
Advice to the owners
Stop trying to con your tenants, you have electric heating inside apartment and breakers that control the heating system, so If you are unaware, you will be screwed and every time you turn that knob, you electric bill will be 400 dollars. So you are legally paying for your own heat. So high ass rent, no parking spot, no washer and dryer in apt, stairs to kill to be exact 24 stairs. $ 2200 rent and no grace period for you no matter how good a tenant you are WOW!!! What a disappointment especially when you are nieve and honest WOW!!
