Hard to beat the amenities and price here.
Cons:
Thin walls in some areas spread both sound and vibration. Worth staying and figuring it out because unlikely you'll find something better.

Noisy neighbors & dirty hallways

Outside looks nice
Cons:
Rarely have pest control. Hallways always dirty. Neighbors kids running around all hours of the night and throw poop in recycling cans. Fruit flies from neighbors fruit business. Packages stolen regularly by same thief. Windows leak when raining.
Advice to owner:
Please get and pay for an experience handyman
