Weird "Super" and LL but good square footage

Pros

Huge apartment, balcony was nice also. Very close to everything, good food nearby.

Cons

Ratchet maintenance team. They get snarky and take things personally when you demand service you are paying for, will 100 percent finesse you if you let them. Look up your apartment on DHCR before you sign with them

Thin walls in some areas spread both sound and vibration. Worth staying and figuring it out because unlikely you'll find something better.
