Multiple issues, poor resolutions
Former Tenant
Pros:
good amenities, no noise from neighbors
Cons:
packages constantly stolen, mail not delivered properly, lots of issues with water damage and pests that don't get fixed well.
Advice to owner:
dont just put bandaids on water damage. Clean balconies and get something to keep pigeon away.

Not great landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, well kept building. Nice views, great location.
Cons:
The landlords are borderline negligent. They ignored our requests to fix many different issues in our apartment many times. Even when they did send someone it would be at weird hours and they would never alert us when they were coming. Huge mold problem that went unattended, so we moved out.
Advice to owner:
Do better, people are trying to live.

Decent first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop Location to L train Updated appliances
Cons:
3 bedroom apt - the third bedroom is really not a bedroom (no window to outside just to your roommates room) No closets at all

Constant building maintenance, unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has a roof.
Cons:
Constant jackhammering starting at 8am, warped floorboards throughout, unresponsive management, 1br apartments constructed into shoebox 3br units. Appliances are junk, in-unit washer and dryer are constantly broken and rarely work when they are functional.
Advice to owner:
I believe the property owner should not be allowed to own property anymore
