Great location, bad cockroach problem

Pros

Love the location - right by the park, train and groceries Laundry in building

Cons

- Have had a problem with cockroaches since I moved in despite numerous visits from pest control - Hard to get a response from super about issues - it’s one super for what is really two buildings so I’m sure he’s overworked but things need to be addressed quicker. I should have to reach out multiple times to get a response - Building does not enforce no smoking - Laundry machines are not great - washers frequently leaves clothes soaking wet and always smell like mildew and dryers often take two cycles because they fill other machines with steam as they run - A/C and heat are seasonal. A/C is only available from mid May to October-ish, then heat only. I never have a issue with the heat but when it’s stays warm later in the season or gets hot early in spring there is no A/C

Advice to the owners

Enforce no smoking, take pest control more seriously, get another super/more help

Did tour went well

Pros

I like all of the amenities. It wasn’t loud when touring. Decent size studio apartments

Cons

Pay for laundry (maybe $3 in total for wash and dry) No in unit WD small & carpet hallways(gave motel) Small studio- but enough for just one person Also not the best view

Advice to the owners

Remove that carpet in hallways to our homes and give more lux feel like the lobby.

There is but the building is split into 2 addresses so once in a while packages on the Flatbush side will be left on the floor by the mailboxes. But usually packages are brought to the Lincoln side where there’s a doorman and a locked package room
