-Has has been out for 3 months and not clear when it’s coming back -proper notice not always given when repair people are coming by -management can be weirdly aggressive

Frankie (one of the doormen) is really thoughtful and helpful

This building has not had gas for the last month due to a gas leak (with no return date), some tenants had bed bugs a few months ago, and I’ve had numerous heat and hot water issues. The management is horrible and doesn’t address issues
