Good Building to Live In!

Pros

Takes emergencies seriously. Our fridge broke and they fixed the compressor in 48 hours. Clean, well-maintained building.

Cons

They kind of finally figured it out, but they used to have a bad horse fly issue. It's way better now but there are still a couple of flies in the building. Other than that, it takes a while for the super to fix something if it's not an emergency.
