- Building has all the amenities that you need. they are not luxury quality but they do the job - Solid management - many long term tenants

Most units have a small private balcony. Apts facing back of building have larger balconies than those facing Bergen street. Some larger units have larger private roof space. There is a fenced and partially covered parking area behind the building that some residents use to walk their dogs or play with their kids but cars are in and out so you have to be careful.
