No real problems, except for Coned bill

Pros

I think it’s of ok value for the area and what it gives you. My room is extremely big as well as my closet. My roommate’s room is smaller. Bathrooms are spacious. Never had a problem with hot water, heat and a/c runs well. Also no rats or roaches. Maintenance comes quickly after we put in a request. They’re nice I guess.

Cons

Our electricity bill in July was $800. The month before it was $500. We live in a 2 bed / 2 bath. So, that was terrible. Also the building has terrible service, it’s tough if you WFH

Nice building, but walls are thin

Everything is new and clean, windows are large, balconies are great, apartments are very spacious
