Pros

Nice apartment setup with good patio. Neighbors were all nice and the neighborhood is great

Cons

Jerry the landlord is combative, dismissive, and utterly unresponsive. I am currently in the process of taking him to small claims court over my security deposit.

Clean, balcony, mgmt subpar

Pros

New clean and nice building. Balcony,high ceilings, elevator, big kitchen/ bathroom.

Cons

Oven didnt work, management literally never fixed or even attempted to respond to my requests after appliances didn’t work and had damage from a storm. Water heater is terrible and finicky.

Advice to the owners

Either fix or replace shitty appliances, and respond to tenants.
