Great Apartment building

Pros:
Modern appliances, 2 bedrooms are the same size (good if moving with roommates) aka no master bedroom. Pet friendly, rooftop
Cons:
Laundry in building but only 2 washers and 2 dryers so people tend to not put timers (also they breakdown a lot), managements isn’t the fastest to respond to inquiries

Generally good,management isn't very responsive

Pros:
Modern building, high ceilings, pretty good noise levels
Cons:
Management takes forever to fix actual problems like structural, appliance or floor issues. Im not convinced they want to fix any of ours.
Advice to owner:
Fix your stuff.

As newer buildings this place charm and a great rooftop.

Pros:
Great rooftop. Buzz in entry. Central air. Private parking. Live in super who is fairly responsive. bike storage.
Cons:
Thin walls and crazy neighbors. Laundry is hit or miss. Communal spaces neglected.
