Quiet building, good sized bedrooms, living spaces and kitchen. Good access to A and C lines. No pest or rodent issues.

Cons

Management very slow to respond even with a live in super. Cleanliness of common spaces like entry foyer went down significantly after first 6 months.

Please respond in a timely manner to tenant maintenance requests.
