It’s a great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is so responsive, maintenance requests take minutes rather than months like my previous buildings. The doormen are all extremely friendly and not only remember specific details about us, but even some of our frequent visitors. It’s really a great place to live.
Cons:
It’s on a corner with a stop light, you get the occasional long honk, which is annoying, but not the worst thing.

Pretty good experience. Building is awesome, some funny management decisions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen, super, and building staff are very friendly and responsive. My unit is gets lots of natural light and has a balcony, which is awesome. Has a gym that is cleaned frequently.
Cons:
No water fountain in the gym and the equipment doesn't reflect what people actually want to use. The second floor inside common area is not as useful as it could be because the layout is funny, and the outside area doesn't allow dogs despite having a real grass lawn, and there are no fire pits or pool to really attract people. Management is nearly impossible to get ahold of for lease or building questions. And they stopped giving out spare keys at the front desk.
Advice to owner:
Allow dogs on the second floor lawn, or do something useful with that area like add a pool. Switch out some of the ellipticals for treadmills in the gym. Give your building staff a raise- they are awesome.
Upgrade the AC units in the whole building. They're loud and not as effective as they should be.
