Well maintained building central to subway lines

Pros

- Clean and commons areas always smell good and cleaned - Trash chute and recycle is always disposed of timely - Maintenance responds quickly (day of) and fixes things - Good insulation double paned windows

Cons

- Personal preference but I live in a studio and only have one window so can get stuffy - Wish the bathroom vent was stronger

Wonderful place to live

Pros

Management is incredibly responsive, fixes things almost immediately without any fuss Staff are all lovely and great at their jobs

Cons

It's on a corner with a stop light, it can get a bit noisy sometimes, but the windows are good to block it out
