    ok building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    great view on the upper floors.
    nice to have outdoor space.
    units stay pretty warm in the winter.
    Cons:
    walls are pretty thin- can hear neighbors.
    pest control problem.
    bathroom odor trap seem to have problem - in windy days the toilet really smells because of the pressure from outside.
