The super is very nice and diligent about garbage and any issues. Extermination is coordinated quickly if there is an issue. The one time I got locked out the landlord met me to let me in. Neighbors are friendly.
It’s an older building so there can be minor issues. Pests outdoors near trash but landlord was responsive.
