Don’t bother with this horrible management
Pros
Laundry machine in basement, each unit is its own floor
Cons
Landlord (Aviram Chen) is shady and mean, will only fix things if you fight for them (including the lock on the door to the building) and doesn’t follow the lease he created. Never met him, only paid him, but yet he wasted so much of my time over a one year span You can hear EVERYTHING from the other units including fights (the second floor is cursed with couples who hate each other), building is being sandwiched by new builds and the views are gone, roof isn’t accessible, between a few subway stops but not next door to any
Advice to the owners
Give people the basic respect they deserve
