Excellent place for AirBnB-ing

Pros:
Clean, relatively spacious, proper utilities
Cons:
A few flies here and there (but no bed bugs or anything like that. Just common houseflies).
Advice to owner:
Nothing really, the flies are mainly 'cause other tenants leave the windows open in the kitchen.
