Good enough apartment

Pros:
It's a cheap and roomy apartment. 6 bedrooms.
Cons:
The worst part is that it's near Nostrand ave, which can be very loud.

never see roaches or pests!! Super clean.
In all nice units
Cons:
Landlord painted over mold one time when asked to fix… also he is not very responsive
