Good enough apartment

Pros

It's a cheap and roomy apartment. 6 bedrooms.

Cons

The worst part is that it's near Nostrand ave, which can be very loud.

Pros

never see roaches or pests!! Super clean. In all nice units

Cons

Landlord painted over mold one time when asked to fix… also he is not very responsive
