Great first apartment

Pros

- New building - Clean, new appliances - In-unit laundry - No pests

Cons

- Landlord very unresponsive - Infrastructure seems iffy - there was a hole in the outside of the building that once caused my room to start leaking water, was a headache to get fixed - Lack of hot water - Shower water pressure stinks - Apartment gets extremely humid in the summer - Walls are paper thin, can hear everything
