Terrible management, sketchy neighbors, overpriced

Pros

Nice apartments for what they are, no upgrades but price is high. We had a skylight and the space was large.

Cons

Unprofessionally family operated. "I know a guy" when things are broken, so they never truly get fixed. Pay rent via Venmo, no security on mailbox downstairs. Few times druggies were in the foyer/steps to the 2nd floor. Our packages were stolen or ripped open a few times. Someone is always sitting on the stoop outside. Our electric meter wasn't linked to the correct apartment so we were paying neighbors huge bill until we sorted the issue.

Get a more professional rent/landlord situtation!
