This landlord will not give you your deposit back

Pros

Not bother someone, I like the area *** I would recommend this property only if you want to be left alone as far as the landlord goes, and you know how to navigate nyc landlords

Cons

Never got a copy of my lease, and when I left threatened me with lawyers to try and scare me into re-signing. He will straight up not give you your deposit back. Most people just don’t pay their last months rent and he never follows up.
