Nice Lux building, great transit options

Pros

This building sits on a transit hub making most commutes to anywhere in manhattan a single train. Transit usually also has multiple subway options which is very nice when different lines go down for maintenance. Proximity to grocery stores is amazing No issues with pests / noise / other common NY annoyances

Cons

Even though the building is on a ton of train lines, I found my commutes to virtually everywhere was around 30m because usually I'm heading somewhere on manhattan. Neighbourhood isn't super nice, feels kinda industrial / giving hells kitchen. The building is also a bit of jank lux - generally luxury, but the small things show corners were cut a bit. Not a huge deal imo
