washer dryer nightmare

Pros

clean, new appliances, they take care of the garbage in the back even when it gets overwhelming.

Cons

washer/dryer constantly broken, management never answers phone calls and difficult to schedule maintenance. The room straight past washer/dryer full of mold. Gym also smells of mold heavily.

Tiny and nice apartment

Pros

The apartment itself is really nice. All new appliances and bathroom fixtures. There’s a gym and common room. The storage is also really affordable too.

Cons

The building isn’t kept super clean and the backyard is just a space for garbage to pile up. The washing machines are awful. We’d have to do at least two dry cycles for a small load. Every week was like 60 dollars for laundry.
