Truly a fantastic place to live

Pros

Clean, safe, lovely, modern but with warm aesthetics, package room (!), washer/dryer in unit (!), preposterously convenient to the F train and short walks to the A/C/4/5/6/2/3/R (!), amazing windows, tons of light, powerful built-in a/c units, the super and his team are KIND and fantastic and responsive. I've never lived in a place this nice and will be disappointed wherever I live next. I feel taken care of vs victimized by those in charge. It's weird.

Cons

There was a couple who let their huge dog scream-bark up and down the hallways many times a day, but they moved out! So now life is wonderful! There is a lot of construction nearby, but now that the prison place on Atlantic is done with its major clanging things are fine.

Advice to the owners

Keep it up. Ridiculously happy with this spot.

Building is extremely well kept. Issues resolved immediately. Neighbors are friendly.
