5 years of BK apartment bliss :)

Pros

- great private outdoor space - pet friendly - nice small building neighborhood feel - washer and dryer in unit - private elevator directly into apartments on floors 2-5 - rent stabilized - responsive and reliable super - trash chute on each floor

Cons

- semi small loft space in my apt but its a duplex and all the positives were so far beyond - small fridge/freezer (needed to get a separate standing freezer) - dont want to leave this building
