This is a new building and it's quite nice. Management has been surprisingly communicative and easy to work with. Things have gotten fixed pretty quickly when needed. Pretty rare in Brooklyn
The first floor backyard parties can be loud sometimes.
Please keep working with Jon, he's awesome. And please don't raise the rent.
