What are the ameneties?

For the size of the building, the amenity spaces are all quite large and spacious and rarely crowded. Really good, 24/7 gym and yoga studio (great/clean, rarely crowded, plenty of cardio machines, benches, dumbbells, etc.). Game room (ping pong, pool, board games, TV and couches, etc.), and a "co-working" room you might call it (more couches, chairs, tables, a printer, a full kitchen). There a wraparound terrace that no one ever goes out on on the third floor, where all the amenities are. There's no amenity fees. The roof is gorgeous, breathtaking panoramic views of the city, two nice grills that are usually clean, an ice machine and sink, several lounge chairs, and other places to sit. Huge fan of the all the free amenities. I wish they put in a dog run like they were rumored to be considering a couple years ago, but it never materialized.

A great place to live - except for the elevator situation

Location Finishes in the kitchen & bathroom Great gym setup and it's never busy Nice staff, especially the doormen & women Responsive to items that need fixing

Elevators: Constantly out of order and there are only 2 elevators for 20 floors! Sometimes both are not working. Building takes a while to find a part that needs to be fixed and then even longer for install. Outrageous for a luxury building. Oven / Microwave: Apartments have a combo oven/microwave which is tiny, so you are not able to use full sized pans or have the same level of control you would if there were 1 of each. Very bizarre choice

Yes, Brandon is gone now (no longer works here and no longer lives in the building). The new manager seems nicer.
