    Pros:
    Great location. Common areas are maintained and cleaned.
    Cons:
    Neighbors leave strollers and scooters in common areas. Management refuses to address this. The board is no help. Some unit dwellers are cool. Others awful, entitled and rude.
    Advice to owner:
    Different management company.
