Review Summary for 365 Bond Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 365 Bond Street, Brooklyn, emphasize its modern, clean, and quiet environment with friendly doormen and well-maintained amenities such as rooftop access and gym facilities. Tenants appreciate the responsive maintenance staff and the building's safety and location. However, common issues include occasional HVAC and air conditioning problems, high rent with frequent increases, and pervading noise from neighbors in some units due to thin walls. Some residents express dissatisfaction with management's responsiveness, especially relating to lease negotiations, enforcement of rules, and COVID safety measures. Additionally, concerns about pest control, aging common area furnishings, and proximity to a Superfund toxic site have been noted.

Great Building & Community
Former Tenant
Pros:
I absolutely loved my doormen and building maintenance staff. They are phenomenal! The block is fairly quiet, so no real issues with street noise, especially if your unit faces into the courtyard. Amazing rooftops and views of the city and the amenities were great.
Cons:
There were always issues with the HVAC in the summer months, which was very frustrating. The units (studios & some 1Bds) are fairly small for the price you’re paying. Some of the gym equipment is old/outdated and needs to be updated.
Advice to owner:
Continue to listen to résidente when they provide feedback and make adjustments based on it.
