Kind and attentive staff Location is convenient Responsive to maintenance requests Dog friendly

Cons

Over 3 years had 3 major recurring maintenance issues. Needed fridge replaced 3 times. Heat and ac needed repair multiple times. Gowanus canal being right there is not ideal.

Pros

Beautiful building, great amenities, great location. Management does a good job of updating things over time.

Cons

Frequent employee changes at front desk. Not that I’ve had a problem with them, but in my experience it’s strange to have the staff change so frequently. Some people may find the neighborhood too calm/quiet.
