Clean, Quiet for the most part, good furnishings
Mangement doesn't respond timely
- Quiet luxury high-rise with concierge and live-in super - Rooms are pretty big for East Williamsburg and affordable - Right off Montrose stop so very convenient
- Floors smell like cigarette smoke / stale air - Leasing agent cagey about roach violation issue
