Horrible unresponsive management to massive pest issue

Cons:
Our floor has a massive pest issue that has been going on for over a year. Management has been extremely unresponsive and uncooperative with the entire floor’s joint efforts to resolve the issue. This has been creating unlivable conditions for all units on the floor and the hallway has a very foul smell. We have not been receiving any helpful responses from management for months. Do not move here!!!!

Communicate to your tenants what is going on

Very clean and new
The staff is awesome!

Cons:
Fire alarms were very sensitive.
Roof deck closed for like almost half a year (cause of the “weather”)

Nice building though maybe overpriced

Pros:
The front desk staff are great and receive all packages for you that are put in a secure package room. The building is cleaned regularly and maintained well. Super is very quick to respond to request via the easy building app.
Cons:
Amenities fee is $75. Roof closes at 10pm and no alcohol allowed.
Advice to owner:
Revise alcohol rules and time the roof is open. If you charge $75 a month you should have more free access.

I think spaces are small for the price. Rooftop closed half the year.

Great amenities and spaces
Cons:
The management is not great. The roof is amazing but can’t have more than 2 people over. Can’t smoke or drink either. Feels a bit like the staff working in the building are watching you.

- quiet at night
- gym and roof amenities
- storage room for packages
Cons:
- oven is hard to turn on, and not that strong (must add 5-10 mins to baking time)
- roof is closed for half the year
- can't run multiple water intensive activities at the same time (shower, laundry, dishwasher)
Advice to owner:
- rent is getting expensive for unit/amenities

Pros:
The building and amenities are amazing, the staff is great, the super is very responsive and always willing to help, and the apartments are built well. I rarely have to turn on my heat/AC and don’t really hear my neighbors.

Expensive but nice!

Pros:
- i got a covid 3 month free type of deal to live here so the net rent was good, but I wouldn't pay the actual gross rent to live here
- clean!!
- friendly front desk
- attentive and friendly live in super- Luis fixed a problem for me after hours on a Friday night
Cons:
- this a personal taste thing, but I had a hard time feeling at home here because it feels like a hotel
- $$$$$$
- roof deck is closed for half the year (during winter)
