Air conditioning did not work for a whole year, super and building management just told us to keep waiting and it was still never fixed.

Nice amenities like the roof and gym. Good location if you like Williamsburg. Close to the park. Responsive super.

No real charm to the place as it’s a new building. Things fell apart pretty easily as If it was built in a day.
