Decent for new NYC dwellers

Pros

New and clean. A/C/heating units in each room is nice. Lots of lighting options in the apartment.

Cons

Location leaves something to be desired: you have to walk 10-20 minutes north, west, or south, for restaurants/stores/etc. Laundry was a little expensive for my taste. Fourth floor walkup/no elevator.

Great for new, young NYC transplants.
