Good deal for the money but some issues

Pros

We got a great deal in terms of amenities and amount of space for the price. Everything is new and clean, management pretty responsive.

Cons

The game room isn't well-maintained (things are broken), and they don't make good use of the outdoor spaces (broken chairs, insufficient seating, etc.). Additionally, management installed a new dishwasher that was worse than the old one and left a mess during the installation process. Walls are pretty thin and you can hear your roommates and neighbors. Finally, electricity is very expensive, and stove and oven are electric as well.

Good and Bad, but mainly good

Super clean, responsive management, and nice facilities

Cons

elevator breaks a lot, neighbors get super noisy at weird times like 6am on a Thursday until 11am, neighborhood can get weird sometimes
