Nice Balcony with a good super

Pros

Nice apartment right on ocean parkway. super was friendly and got stuff done in a timely manner. no rodents or bugs to speak of. quiet building

Cons

The owners seem to watch costs where they can. Elevator broke down and it took quite a while to fix.
