Paper thin walls

Pros:
Great location, nice roof top, nice amenities
Cons:
Walls are paper thin. I can hear clear conversations from tn next door neighbors. Building is lid aswell, constant rooftop parties and loud neighbors. Makes relaxing on The weekend difficult x
Advice to owner:
Make sure to fully do a deep clean of the apartment between tenants
