Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for THE HERALD SQUARE LLC properties, primarily at 152 Manhattan Avenue, Brooklyn, reveals significant management challenges despite attractive amenities like gyms, rooftops, and modern designs. Cleanliness and maintenance are inconsistent, with frequent reports of broken laundry machines, dirty common areas, and neglected repairs. Noise from thin walls and lively neighbors is common, affecting tenant comfort. While some appreciate the building’s features and responsive staff, many criticize slow or unhelpful management and poor communication. Issues such as package theft, building upkeep neglect, and occasional unprofessional behavior from management underscore a need for more attentive, respectful, and proactive building oversight.
