Horrible Building/Landlord
Pros
New building. Although practically none of the amenities are actually finished, and the “gym” is dingy and small.
Cons
Horrible communication from the landlord. They are completely unresponsive, and will literally avoid you until you run into them by chance. All the amenities offered either aren’t actually available or fall way below what was promised. The A/C and heat units weren’t working from the day my girlfriend and I moved in. We were the FIRST people to leave in this unit/building, why do things not work? Packages stolen by neighbors as well, and took months for anything to actually be resolved. Overall terrible.
Advice to the owners
Do something more productive with your life than property management.
