Nice, clean, new.
Management is hard to deal with. Got locked out for 1-2 hours in the middle of the winter because the front door to the building broke and no one's building key worked.
Improve management responsiveness and amity and you'll have an amazing place! Also, please have fallbacks in place for emergencies!
